As a qualified counselling therapist with over 12 years experience and a Centre Manager for an established counselling centre in London, I have the expertise to  support you with your troubling issue.1-2-1 Taking Care of You believes talking therapy can be restorative, supportive and effective. This has been evidenced before me as I have seen fundamental changes in individuals I work with. 

 

My clients have worked on a wide range of troubling issues. I support all of my clients in a manner which is honest, calm, empathetic and compassionate. You will receive a non-judgemental, confidential, safe space in which to talk. We will work collaboratively to find a way forward that is more productive and less destructive. 

 

 Counselling sessions are offered on an open ended basis, this allows you, the client, time and space to explore your troubling issues. Having worked in a busy NHS doctor's practice where sessions were limited, I recognised the need to empower my clients by making decisions together when therapy pauses or ends.

Individuals often plough through life without taking the time to pause and reflect. Often a difficult childhood, an abusive relationship or simply stresses at work can affect one's ability to cope with the day to day challenges of life.
